Fireproof partition
Fireproof partition is also called inorganic fireproof partition or nonflammable fire-retardant board. The board is made of a variety of non combustible materials by scientific blending and pressing. It has good flame-retardant performance, non combustion time in case of fire can reach more than 3 hours, high mechanical strength, non explosion, water resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, non-toxic and other characteristics. In the combustion test of the inorganic fire barrier, the flame temperature does not deform when it reaches 1000 ℃, all indexes meet the requirements of gb23864-2009, and the combustion performance meets the class A (non flammability) standard specified in GB / t2408-2008. The inorganic fire barrier is mainly applicable to the fire protection and fire-resistant separation when cables of various voltage levels are laid on the supports or bridges, which is widely used in various power plants in China , chemical enterprises, iron and steel smelting enterprises, mines and other cable intensive places of fire retardant cable engineering.
Construction method:
Inorganic fire-proof partition products can be cut by cutting saw. According to the needs of the construction site, it can be made into the required shape. When assembling, it can be fixed by steel bracket or expansion bolt. The steel frame shall be painted with steel structure fire-proof coating. The inorganic fire-proof partition can also be installed into various forms of cable fire-proof box, and the gap between the plates shall be filled with cdwd-a type inorganic fire-proof plugging material. |
