Flexible organic fireproof plugging material
The flexible organic fire-proof plugging material is applicable to the hole plugging when the penetration of wires and cables in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, post and Telecommunications passes through the wall, so as to prevent the flame from spreading from the hole to the adjacent room in case of fire.
Construction method:
1. Take out the organic fire-proof plugging material and knead it into a ball shape. If the temperature is too low, put the plugging material and the package into the warm water of 40-70 ℃ for heating before operation.
2. Holes to be sealed shall be cleaned before sealing.
3. The plugging material shall be evenly laid, embedded and filled in the hole gap. For the larger hole, the fireproof net can be used as the skeleton first to increase the strength.
Packaging and transportation:
1. The organic fire-proof plugging material is packed in thick plastic bag and packing box. It is suitable to be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a temperature of 0-45 ℃.
2. The plugging material belongs to non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic, tasteless and non corrosive plastic solid substance, which shall be protected from sun and rain during transportation.
